Biography
Ms. Baez is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Alpine Saxon Woods and is responsible for overseeing the firm's financial and operational functions while also playing a vital role in the firm's strategic initiatives. She manages all corporate and fund accounting activities, financial planning and reporting, and the design of the firm’s operational infrastructure. Before joining Alpine Saxon Woods, Ms. Baez served as Senior Vice President, Head of Retail & Institutional Operations at Allianz Global Investors.
Prior to that, she spent over 20 years as Executive Vice President, Head of Operations at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where she was also Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion. She serves on numerous industry committees and boards and is a Board Member and First Vice Chair of HeartShare, a nonprofit human services agency dedicated to improving the lives of people in need of special services and support.
